T’lon Delivery to the United States
Every piece is made to order and sent insured and tracked. We will confirm the delivery estimate for each piece before you order, and again when it ships.
Prices include import duties, so nothing is collected at your door. State sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece that is unworn and in its original packaging, for a full refund to your original payment method.
Every piece can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Pieces made to your specification
Engraved or resized pieces made to your request may not be returnable unless faulty. We will always say so before you order.
Faulty pieces
If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, write to us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
