T’lon Delivery to the United Kingdom
Every piece is made to order and sent insured and tracked. We will confirm the delivery estimate for each piece before you order, and again when it ships.
Prices include UK VAT and any import duty. Pieces that need a UK hallmark (sterling silver from 7.78 g, gold from 1 g) are offered in the UK only once hallmarked by a UK assay office.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece that is unworn and in its original packaging, for a full refund to your original payment method.
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), on top of our 30-day returns.
To cancel, tell us clearly by email at [email protected]; you do not need to give a reason. We refund within 14 days of receiving the piece back, or proof that you have sent it.
Pieces made to your specification
Engraved or resized pieces made to your request may not be returnable unless faulty. We will always say so before you order.
Faulty pieces
If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, write to us and we will repair, replace or refund it, in line with your statutory rights.
