T’lon Who we are

What we collect
- If you join the list: your email address, your region, the piece you chose (if any), and the date and fact of your consent.
- If you email us: your message and email address.
- When you visit: our server keeps basic request logs (pages requested, time, browser) for security, for up to 30 days.
We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Your region is saved in your own browser’s local storage so the site always shows your prices; it is not sent to us. On your first visit the site asks Cloudflare, which delivers it, which country your connection comes from; only the region (UK, EU or US) is kept.
Why we use it
- To send you launch emails, because you asked us to (your consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
- To answer your messages and keep the site secure (our legitimate interests).
Where it is kept, and who helps us
The list is stored on our own server in the United Kingdom. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data to do so, and our email runs on Google Workspace. Both may process data outside your country under their standard data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
List entries are kept until you unsubscribe, or for 24 months after our last launch email, whichever is sooner. Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
