Prices shown before launch are indicative. At launch, the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. They include UK VAT and any import duty.
Orders and payment
Payment is taken by card through our payment provider. A contract is made when we confirm your order by email. Because pieces are made to order, we will tell you the expected delivery date before you pay.
What you are buying
We describe every stone and metal exactly: laboratory-grown diamond, moissanite, sterling silver, solid gold or plated sterling silver. Laboratory-grown diamonds come with an IGI grading report. Small variations in colour and finish between pieces are natural for hand-finished jewellery.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
See shipping and returns. You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), on top of our 30-day returns.
If something goes wrong
We are responsible for pieces that are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Law
These terms do not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
